• Security Management
  Designed for those responsible for the management of an aviation security operation. The course will equip attendees with the necessary background and regulatory requirements to assist them in their role.

• Security Supervisors
  For persons who are supervising staff conducting security functions, the course addresses the effective monitoring and development of a team in the security environment.

• Security Agents
  Aimed at aviation security ground staff, the course will equip attendees with the relevant theoretical and practical expertise that they need for their role.

• Security Awareness Programmes
  Designed for non-security staff, this is an introductory security training or refresher course for airport based personnel. It provides attendees with a basic knowledge of security together with ways in which they can assist security staff while in their workplace.

• Flight and Cabin Crew
  Initial and recurrent training to provide attendees with the skills necessary to deal with security incidents in flight and their routine security functions onboard an aircraft.

• Passenger Profiling
  Security training for staff involved in higher-risk operations. Passenger profiling training allows security staff to identify potentially threatening passengers through detailed questioning and analysis of passenger documentation, appearance and behaviour.  

• Crisis Management
  This course provides basic instruction on how to handle a major crisis. The target audience should be those responsible for managing the response to a major incident. The program will be tailored to fit your own operations and location. 

• Train the Trainer
  A program designed to provide your potential trainers with the skills needed to run an effective aviation security course for Security Agents and Supervisors.
